Down the hill from the Parsonage in the old fire house is a wonderfully diversified gift shop

with a flair for the change of seasons. Recommended!

 

The Grafton Village Cheese Company

 

A walk past the sheep barns and exhibit will bring you to the Village Cheese Company, featuring a great selection of Grafton's

own award-winning Vermont cheddars, maple syrup, etc.  

 

 

 Worth a short scenic drive...

 

Chester, VT

  The village just north of Grafton features a Victorian main street of antiques galleries, shops, and

small restaurants.  Just past Chester Depot, to the north, is the "Stone Village" a unique collection of

ashlar masonry buildings from the nineteenth century.

Two retail locations of this Vermont institution are in Rockingham and Weston, each featuring an amazing collection of hard-to-find

general merchandise, clothing, and comestibles..."They still make that?"

  

Woodstock, Vermont

 

Approximately 1-hour north is a handsome village with its architecturally significant homes, brick Main Street full of shops,

galleries and restaurants, all anchored by the renowned Woodstock Inn.
